Full disclosure: I did not get to spend the amount of time on this one that I did on my previous posts, but I thought it was important to say something about S. 935 since the bill seems destined to clear the subcommittee tomorrow. Bill sponsor Shane Massey has indicated at previous hearings that powerful interests want it this way.
