The following is closely adapted from an email to the House K-12 Subcommittee, which is meeting today to discuss the censorship bill H. 3728. The subcommittee is meeting as soon as the Education and Public Works Committee adjourns. You can read the bill in full here. We know where this is headed: teachers in Florida are currently hiding and removing all books from their classrooms for fear of being charged with a felony.
